Swabhiman is State Disability Information and Resource Centre, based in Bhubaneswar, which works of empowerment of persons with disabilities. Established in 2001, Our work is grounded in a rights based framework which links disability issues to a full range of civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights. We believe differences should be accepted and diversity celebrated.
