What is Maa Foundation Scholarship For Vapi Students : Valsad/ Daman/ Dadra Nagar Haveli ?

“Maa Foundation” has taken up many projects with a vision to improve the level and excellence of education in our present society.

It provides Scholarship for those students, who are both, deserving and economically backward (needy) seeking admission for Higher Education in professional courses, in any govt. recognized educational institute.

 


What is Eligibility Criteria ?

Candidate must be a resident of Valsad District, Daman or Dadra Nagar Haveli since last 5 years.

Candidate must be economically backward and must have achieved percentage as per the norms of organization.

One should apply for scholarship only after he/she has confirmed admissions in Professional courses in any of the recognized university/college in India.

Relaxation in rules/norms of Scholarship for children of Widow/Divorcee women or for the students of remote/interior location of the district. Students of M.B.B.S/B.D.S Self-Finance colleges and School going students are not eligible to apply.

What are documents required ?

Complete Bio-Data (Name, Address, Education details till now, Family Details, Reference of two known persons-with their respective contact numbers) and a short-note stating your further study plans and your future ambitions.

One passport size photo.

Copy of Passbook of Student’s Bank account.

Attested Copy of School Leaving Certificate.

Attested copy of Std. 10th & 12th mark sheets along with First attempt certificate.

Attested copies of Mark sheet of all the exams appeared till date, if presently studying.

Annual family income proof and source of income of family, 7/12 and 8a certificate copy if having agriculture land.

Salary slip of parents of the candidate, if employed in a firm, or else salary certificate/copy of Form-16.

Details of any scholarship/financial aid receivable from any organization/Government schemes. Certificate of Department head stating if the candidate is availing/eligible for scholarship for S.C/S.T or O.B.C category.

If the candidate is found eligible to get scholarship/financial aid from anyPrivate/Govt. organizations, like “Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana”, such applications will be subject to check every aspect before taking into consideration by the management.

Copy of Admission confirmation letter or Fee receipt (College fee/Hostel Fee/Mess Fee etc.)

Copy of Ration card or any other proof of residence in above said districts since last 5 yrs.

Copy of Death certificate in case of widow women/orphan child and copy of legal divorce papers in case of Divorcee women.
