What is Mahatma Gandhi Universal Values Merit cum Means Scholarship ?

The GSF has been contributing to the educational needs of students through various programmes and initiatives. Through the Merit-Cum-Means scholarship, GSF plans to extend support through financial assistance and make high quality education affordable for parents across various financial spectrums.


What is Eligibility Criteria ?

  • Applicants must come from a moderate Income family (See the table below for details)
  • Merit Basis- 

Non-GIIS: Applicant must appear for a subject knowledge test.

GIIS: Applicant will be shortlisted on the basis of their scorecards

  • Means Basis: Please refer the table below for Income Criteria

Applicants parents must submit the latest ITR duly acknowledged by IT Dept

How to Apply?


What are Terms & Conditions ?

  • Students will be assessed based on their family income records supported by their academic records
  • The scholarship shall be valid for a period of two academic years. Scholarship after 2nd year will be applicable as per the prevailing scheme
  • For Siblings cases, discount as per policy is applicable, however, the additional scholarship will not be applicable
