What is Tata Trusts Medical and Health Care Scholarships ?

Tata Trusts Medical and Healthcare Scholarships is a social welfare initiative of Tata Trusts. The scholarship programme supports students who wish to pursue graduation and post-graduation courses in medical and healthcare sciences at Indian institutions. Under this programme, meritorious students are provided with financial support covering up to 80% of their academic fees.

What is Eligibility Criteria ?

• BHMS
• B.Sc(Nursing)
• BDS
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy
• Bachelor of occupational therapy
• MBBS
• B.Pharmacy
• This scholarship is not bounded to any caste/category specific students. Students belonging to every different category should apply for this scholarship
• Bachelor’s candidates should have completed at least the first year of studies.
• Master’s candidates in the first year of their studies are also eligible to apply.
• 60% in HSC Exam for First Year Students
• For Bachelors Students Second Year onwards 

BHMS Students- Min 65 %                   MBBS – Min 75 %

B.Sc Nursing- Min 75%                          B.Pharm- Min 80%

BDS -  Min 75 %                                      Physiotherapy – 75%

Occupational – 75%

 

• For Masters Students minimum 60% in graduation

What are benefits ?
